The Essential or what drives us, the part of the dream and beauty we carry, which illuminates the meaning given to our actions and decisions. Connecting to our inner dimension, to what questions us, ambiguity, paradoxes, our emotions and our doubts, the time going by. How to touch and express it? Putting simple words on complex topics is the essence of Haiku, a Japanese short poem of 3 verses and 17 syllables that I propose to experience.
Bashô(*) is a workshop to look at life differently, to question what one feels, and relearn the charm and importance of words, by writing Haikus (short Japanese poems).
Slowing down, getting to the point, simply expressing what is important and moves through us. It is suitable for anyone who wants to develop mindfulness and presence, celebrate the beauty of the world, and reflect on life and on impermanence. (*) A tribute to Haikust Bashô |
