Experiencing photography Photography is above all an encounter between the world and oneself and the affirmation of our presence. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us and to explore subjects differently.
I am an introverted person who handled corporate responsibilities. Photography helped me find moments of creativity, stillness and reconnection with myself, thus to adopt a different pace and renew my energy. Practicing in unknown environments, helped me grow presence and attention, and better deal with uncertainty. Importantly, it questionned how I connected with the world. Photography also provides a powerful tool for exploring important topics and communicating safely, beyond words, in a more natural, creative, and intuitive way. |
Individual Coaching & Workshops I offer a professional coaching approach and workshops that emphasize the lived experience of taking a photograph through Mindful Photography, and by exploring the idea of Intimate Landscape.

Fostering self-reflection Handling CFO roles in fast-changing environments taught me the importance of developing a regular and structured self-reflection practice to nourish action and find meaning, and to maintain authenticity and an acceptable mental balance.
Keeping a journal is a powerful way to nourish this work. It is a self-commitment to slow down and take care of oneself. It offers a quiet space to take a step back, clarify what is at stake at this moment of our life, and raise tough ideas. It also allows us to express our emotions in our own words and images and spurs creativity to let fresh ideas emerge. |
Journaling Workshops I will share my experience and help you build your own practice, enriched with visual journaling, and help you:
