Associating Coaching and Design, our purpose is to contribute to the Future of Work, by reflecting on  the evolution of professions and designing roles.
  • ​A significant part of the jobs that will exist in 2030 do not exist today and according to World Economic Forum, the job churn expected in the coming years will be massive.
  • The technology evolution, digitization and accelerated transformation programs  significantly reshape professions and jobs; new skills are required, careers take unexpected turns, learning is a life-long journey. ​​
  • Jobs and roles become more and more hybrid, with blurred descriptions and contours. In a way, everyone has an opportunity to build his own role and become an author of his professional life.
  • The Labor market becomes global and is more and more fluid, driven by contemporary communication and working tools.
  • Younger generations, millennials, ask for more Meaning, values, and empowerment at work.
Our objectives  are to lever from these mutations and preserve  the human dimension at the  core of work.
We want to contribute to the emergence of new forms of work and jobs that will  foster a purpose-led organization performance and convey satisfaction, meaning and coherence to people.
Our uniqueness is to adopt four possible perspectives :
  • Speculative, i.e. a reflection on  the future of a profession, possible roles at work, challenging and deconstructing critical concepts (e.g. career, profession culture, knowledge and learning etc..)
  • Prospective, e.g. anticipate the evolution of an  organization or a structure or the possible effects of Transformation programs
  • Creative and adaptive, i.e. for functions or jobs in relation to the current evolution of the environment
It can be applied to all industries, forms of organization and professions, and to support individuals willing to reflect on, stretch or re-shape  their roles.
​Our approach lies at the intersection of Coaching and Design, both considered in their human-centered dimensions. 
We believe that professional culture will be a key enabler for people's growth and for companies' performance and a stabilization factor in a liquid labor market.
We propose an alternative approach to  functional  job conceptions that underlie most of the transformation activities, and we focus on other paradigms. ​Key concepts, needs and solutions are co-constructed with the client, and grounded in his experience and context.
This project is co-developed with my son and designer Guillaume Gauvrit (ECA, RCA). ​​​
