The world opens!
A Leadership life is an amazing journey, rich of opportunities to open our world: Leading in a new environment, taking-over a role, developing larger ambitions, taking risks, an innovative project, a business partnership, building a team, meeting other cultures. As our world opens, we need to develop different leadership skills and to expose ourself. It questions what is essential for us, what to rely on, to preserve or develop, what energy to mobilize, sometimes at a personal level. I assist you to successfully navigate through this passage, and to grow as a leader. |
The horizon blurs?
Certain moments invite us to focus on ourself: A challenging role, an uncertain environment, change in the business; or circumstances of life, like disease or a family event. We sometimes feel alone, vulnerable, in a complex world, or with the need to move to a next step, to envisage differently our career and life; Questioning ourself is difficult, and destabilizing. But It's worth a try. I assist you to pause, to reflect on personal meaning and coherence, and sketch possible strategies. |
