A flexible and tailored approach I have designed a cycle of several modules to support you and the mentors at the different stages of the programme: Reflection, design, training and implementation, each stage is equally crucial to secure a sustainable quality of mentorship. Because your journey in Learning and Developement is specific, we will build together the most relevant support, from one-off interventions ​to an end-to-end program.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

One cycle - Several modules:

• Prepare the Program: Involve the critical stakeholders, reflect on the objectives and constraints of the future programme, and define possible ways forward (one day or two days workshop)
• Train the Mentors: A  group workshop to deliver the foundations of  Mentorship, before starting the programme (half a day or one day, beginners or senior mentors)
• Confirm the Mentors: A workshop to deepen your practice and identity as a mentor (half a day or full day, beginner or senior mentors)
• Supervision ​: Whether one-on-one or in groups, supervision is crucial to maintaining the program's level of support throughout its implementation; A set of sessions to exchange knowledge, resolve problems, advance one's practice, and strengthen one's sense of self as a mentor (two hours)
• Support the Program Team: One-off or recurring interventions to assist the program staff in carrying out the  implementation (one hour or half a day)
