How it works
  • Executive & Business Mentoring A targeted or long-term intervention (12 months, duration of a mandate), adapted to your needs
  • In Field Mentoring, A flexible format, combining individual mentoring sessions and presence in your workplace, (2-hour, half-day or full-day sessions). Ideal for dealing with unforeseen challenges, or for supporting a transition or a new position in a difficult environment
  • Workshops one-shot and targetted sessions, or  a cycle of 4 to 6 sessions with predefined themes and assignments, and real life cases brought by the participants. Closed groups (same organization) or open groups.
