Slowing down is a not only about avoiding burnout or maintaining well-being, which are crucial subjects for leaders and managers. It is another approach to performance in uncertainty, calling for another way of being, developing alternative interactions with others, and built on abilities like Self-consciousness, creativity, presence and attention.

Photography is an encounter between the world and ourselves, and the affirmation of our presence, through a creative process that presents many analogies with the way we function in life.

Finding the Right Rhythm - Self-Consciousness
Joining a Board or an Executive Committee, leading a company, or moving to the next level requires adapting to a new and intense pace. It means more than delegating better, getting better organized, or moving faster. It means knowing ourselves better and changing the way we handle issues and relations. This workshop is an opportunity to introduce this change, by exploring the concepts of slowing down, presence, and self-consciousness through mindful photography. Mindful Photography Walk is an experiential workshop: A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, thanks to photography. Through guided and improvised activities, participants will be invited to lay aside mental models, and to be inspired by what emerges from their encounter with the world. Then, they will reflect on their experience and establish a parallel with their professional life.
