What does it mean to be a team nowadays, when businesses are constantly changing, connections are done digitally, and people have multiple and ephemeral roles? How do we come to know one other better and engage more effectively when we have different perspectives on the world? I accompany your group on a refletive and inspiring journey through a collaborative photographic project.
Photosynthesis is a course and a workshop that invite group members to unveil who they are, dialogue among themselves, and highlight the constituants of their collective identity by creating a photography project based on the following axes:
- Who we are 
- Explore our environment
- Explain our culture
- Share our vision of the future
Using photography facilitates communication and contributions, in a soft way, beyonds words. Through an approach inspired by Photovoice, the course aims to create a different dynamic, particularly within multicultural and heterogeneous teams, for an fruitful cooperation.
This course is offered in two formats: “Team building” (1/2 or full day), and “Team cohesion and identity” (a multi-session program).
