​What does it mean to be a team nowadays, when businesses are constantly changing, connections are done digitally, and people have multiple and ephemeral roles? How do we come to know one other better and engage more effectively when we have different perspectives on the world? I accompany your group on a reflective and inspiring journey through a collaborative photographic project.

Photosynthesis is a team coaching course that invites the group members to unveil who they are, dialogue among themselves, and highlight the constituents of their collective identity by creating a photography project based on the following axes:
- Who we are 
- How do we connect with our environment
- Explain our culture
- Share our vision of the future
Photography is an encounter with the world and other people, and with ourselves. It facilitates the communication and the exploration of subjects in a soft way, beyond words. Through an approach inspired by Photovoice, with guided and improvised activities, the course aims to create a different dynamic, particularly within multicultural and heterogeneous teams, for a fruitful cooperation.
