About me Husband, father and grandfather of an international family, I lived in Asia and I have travelled the world for 30 years, reinventing myself, at the pace of unknown worlds and new projects. A lifelong photographer and poet, certified in Therapeutic Photography, I share what creative practices brought me in my personal life, and my professional journey. About work I help organizations and executives lead and grow in complex and international environments. I offer Executive and Business Mentoring services, and photography-based experiential courses to grow presence, self-awareness and leadership skills. I also support organizations in their internal mentoring programs. I have held senior leadership positions, particularly in Finance, for multinational Groups (e.g., Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent), been a Director and Board Member, and the business partner to leaders of various nationalities and profiles. I am familiar with fast-changing industries (e.g., Telecom and IT), the Asia-Pacific and India regions, and long-term projects. I hold MSCs in Coaching and Personal Development, in Management, a PG Certificate in Therapeutic Photography, and a Certificate in Intercultural Coaching.
