We propose a one-day format, because time is precious, and because as a leader, you might  already have developed your own view,  and your way to address them. The objective of the workshops is  therefore to help you step back and reformulate your perspectives, benefit from experience sharing, and discover new leads.
I conceive them as a journey, even if each workshop can be taken independently  from the others.

The Finance Suite is a set of 4 workshops for senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Function, Finance Leadership team).  with the intention to bring outside their comfort zone...

• Being  Business Partner is a key dimension of the CFO role. But what does it really mean, especially at top level? How do we understand the unpinning mechanisms of this specific relationship, mixing trust, independence and confrontation? How to handle challenging, silent or toxic relations? ​

• The Beginner's Mind In a world  where everyday brings unprecedented challenges,  finance is expected to provide vision and guidance, in a reliable and non judgmental way. What does experience means, in such a context, and is it still useful? How can we keep fresh perspectives, a beginner's mind that will help  the organization more than rigid views and attitudes ? 
• Well-Being in Finance becomes a hot topic for many, especially at a time the profession's identity is shifting under transformations and technology change. We will explore what well-being means to us and our team members; Reflect on the specificities for the Finance profession; See how well-being and sustainable performance can articulate and be organized.

• Being an introvert Leader is a challenge in a fast-moving and ever changing business world, often designed for extroverts or promoting what we, introverts, often perceive as aggressive expectations and relations. How to leverage our strengths? How to find the space and the pace we need to express them, bring value to the organization, and conduct a successful career?
• Presence (Minor) A walk, a photographic jaunt of a few hours to slow down, be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, to explore and live a positive experience, thanks to photography. Then, as we would develop a film, we rewind the session and draw parallels between the experience and the professional  life, during a facilitated conversation.
